Jared Kushner Says He Didn't Collude With Russia

Jared Kushner is publicly denying that he colluded with Russia during the election. Speaking at the White House, President Trump's son-in-law said today's closed door meeting with the Senate Intelligence Committee was voluntary and "fully transparent."  He stressed that he is eager to share everything he knows with investigators.

In an earlier, written statement, Kushner said he didn't discuss anything improper with Russian officials or their intermediaries during the presidential campaign and transition.  Kushner did not take questions after making a brief statement outside the West Wing.  He will go before the House Intelligence Committee tomorrow in another voluntary, closed door meeting.

Meantime, Kushner chided anyone who suggests that Donald Trump won the presidency because of Russian interference or collusion.  He said Trump had a better message and ran a smarter campaign and "that is why he won."
