Gabriel is a former Pima County Sheriff's Deputy. He was appointed to the Community Law Enforcement Partnership by Supervisor Ramon Valadez. He quit the board because he said it was a waste of time and had too many anti-police people on the commission. He talks about the illegal alien on the board as well.
