Daily Caller's Kerry Pickett got John McCain angry because she caught him in a lie. He sent David Kramer to get the phony dossier and Kramer gave it to 12 journalists. Kramer admitted this in Dec 2017 but in Oct 2017, McCain denied he or his staff giving the dossier to the media.
