Kathy Hoffman, AZ Sup of Schools, is on record saying she wants to eliminate Empowerment Scholarship Accounts. Her office is not returning calls or emails to parents that have used this program for years because public schools can't help their children that have disabilities. State Rep Mark Finchem is now calling on AG Mark Brnovich to investigate Hoffman.
