Kelly Walker owns Viva Coffee House and was wrongly put on Pima County's wall of shame by the health department and for being on the wall, received violent threats. His staff also received violent threats. Kelly tried to tell the Pima County Supervisors about this and Ramon Valadez had him removed and arrested. Kelly is fighting back against this and is inspiring other business owners to do the same.
