Were you given a Sharpie when you voted in Pima County? Pima County Recorder F Ann Rodriguez made this video Oct 6, 2020, and clearly states to use a blue or black ballpoint pen and not a sharpie. Why were so many polling locations making people use felt tip pens or sharpies?
