This is another reason Speaker Rusty Bowers needs to be replaced. RINO State Representatives Joel John and Michelle Udall just screwed the Republicans and joined the Democrats to support giving in-state tuition to illegal aliens. DACA will now have the chance to be subsidized by Arizona tax payers thanks to Joel John and Michelle Udall as this will go to the ballot for voters to decide. Rusty Bowers and the GOP House didn't see this coming. Michelle Udall voted this way because she wants the moderate/left vote as she will be running to be the State Superintendent of Schools. Joel John feels since he represents Yuma, he had to do this. Joel John was told if he voted for this, he won't get anything he wants in the budget and he said he didn't care.
