1 of 3 AG's office sends letter to Maricopa County after receiving hundreds of complaints, requesting documents detailing why ballot on demand printers and tabulators didn't work; received reports from election workers, poll observers, voters; Chairman Bill Gates and Recorder Richer gave voters information that if they were check in to vote but weren't able to, they could check-out but not only did electionworkers report they weren't trained on how to do this, that this is against the law; and ballots that couldn't be tabulated were dropped in Door 3 but those ballots had chain of custody concerns as they were mixed with ballots that were tabulated at the voting centers and other Door 3 ballots were put in black duffle bags that were supposed to be used for tabulated ballots.
