State Rep Kelly Townsend said the protest in Phoenix with 28 GOP members was a great sign because GOP Speaker Rusty Bowers punishes any GOP members that don't fall in line. This was an example of GOP members standing up to him. The GOP members need to realize there is power in numbers.
