Dr. Theresa Cullen, Pima County Health Director, caught lying about the number of cases per 100,000 people. She claims it's over 100 cases/100K people because the week is at 1586 cases. But if you divide 1586 by 7 to get the daily number, it's 226 cases per day, which is an 22.6 cases/100,000.
