A Pima County Health Department employee confirmed to me they have not and will not visit any business that has a covid complaint including restaurants, gyms, schools and more. He confirmed no businesses has been cited or fined and it won't happen. He also said pima county can't do anything to a school if it's students don't wear masks. He confirmed they are overrun and don't have the staff to do anything. He agreed with me that the only way masks end in Pima County is if people stop wearing them and businesses don't ask.
