HB 2190 is very watered down. The best this group of weak Republicans could agree to put in the bill to ban vaccine passports is to make it illegal for businesses to require a vaccine passport to get a service. But businesses can demand employees be vaccinated or lose their job and any violation of this bill results in a misdemeanor, not a felony.
