Garret Talks To Mark Griffith About Odd MVD Letter, Related To Election?

Mark Griffith received a letter from the MVD with his correct name and address stating a vehicle he never owned was abandoned and towed. He called the MVD and was told this has been happening a lot since the election. Was this part of the steal?

    This is the letter Mark Griffith received. He ripped it up because to get rid of it and then realized something isn't right. Why was this sent to Mark when he didn't own the vehicle and the owner of the vehicle is also at the bottom of the letter (in yellow)? Was the MVD system used to get more ballots resulting in something triggering these letters by accident?
