This video of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell apparently being snubbed for a handshake at a memorial for late Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings has gone viral. I want to give this gentleman the benefit of the doubt but it looks . like Mitch McConnell noticed the snub. As did Chuck Schumer. After watching the video, what say you?
